  Please provide passport details at time of booking with exact name as per passport (including middle name), as these are essential for booking services on this trip. Additional personal information such as name and date of birth, is being collected to make hotel and other relevant reservations and to arrange for travel insurance. Personal information will not be used outside of this required scope and collection and use of this information are to be carried out in compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act of Taiwan.

  Depending on your country of origin and visa requirements, we also offer optional early arrival and late departure accommodations so you can extend your stay before and/or after the trip.

  We stay in 5 Star hotels in areas with such accommodation; as some areas don’t offer these types of accommodations we stay in 4-4.5 Star hotels or guesthouse.

  All hotels have been chosen based on comfort, services, modernity, and location to help insure an incredible Asian hospitality experience and to maximize the time spent exploring and photographing.

  Unlike other tours, no time is lost on domestic flights and/or on long extended train or bus rides.

  Depending on the size of the group, and room availability, equivalent hotels to those listed may be used.

  Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all included. Alcohol is not included in our fee.

  Insurance: We are the only 100% fully licensed and insured photography workshop tour in Taiwan and the tour price includes travel insurance policy of NT$2 million while traveling in Taiwan.

  We strongly recommend that each participant purchases additional travel and/or medical insurance from their home country that is valid for travel overseas.

  If a person wishes to cancel they must send notification in writing to: Edison Travel Service Co., Ltd., 4F., No. 190, Song Jiang Rd., Taipei, Taiwan. At the time your notification is received, the following per person charges apply:
• 151 days prior to departure: Full 100% refund
• 121 days – 150 days prior to departure: US$300 per person cancellation fee
• 91-120 days prior to departure: You will receive 50% of the tour cost refunded
• 90 days or less before departure (or after departure): NO REFUND.

  No partial refunds are made for unused portions of a trip for any reason.

  Cancellation fees are non-transferrable.
